Privacy policy
This policy describes how Pult NS·BG (“the app”) handles data obtained through Google APIs. The app is an internal tool operated by the owner of the pizzerias NS-1, NS-2, BG-1 and BG-2 and is not offered to the public.
Data the app accesses
- The app requests the
drive.readonlyscope for a single Google account belonging to the business owner. - It reads only the eight operational files of the pizzerias listed in its configuration: HACCP temperature logs and cash books (safe, expenses, courier settlements).
- It does not read any other files, e-mail, contacts or profile data, and it never creates, modifies, shares or deletes files.
How the data is used
- The contents of those files are processed automatically to build the dashboard: missing or out-of-range temperature readings, cash discrepancies, unusual expenses and courier payment errors.
- Processed results are stored in a private database (Supabase, EU region) and shown only to the business owner and authorised managers after sign-in.
- The data is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with third parties and not used to train AI models.
Storage and retention
- Dashboard snapshots are kept for 30 days; temperature readings are kept as an operational food-safety record.
- Access credentials are stored as encrypted secrets of the hosting providers and are never published.
Revoking access
The account owner can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of stored data, write to rassadinpro@gmail.com.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Коротко по-русски
